Quality & Compliance

We are committed to the health, safety and welfare of our employees, patients and visitors, ensuring we adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, laws and policies. Our Staff are highly trained professionals, who are encouraged to continuously improve standards of care; this enables us to deliver the highest quality of dental care possible for all patients who visit our clinics.

We recognise our staff are our most important assets therefore we are focused on their development so they gain the right skills to reach their full potential, thus leading to a well-trained and skilled workforce which is fundamental in the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care.

The structure of our company allows the staff to become involved in decision making and the running of the company. We have:

  • Quality Committee which is led by clinical staff and managers who ensures we have the appropriate governance, policies, risk management and compliance structures in place.
  • Management team is responsible for the day to day management of the company.
  • Staff Council – consultation group who ensure the shareholders views are represented.

We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission who monitors the company continuously gathering information to see how we are performing between inspections.

Our Dentists and Dental Nurses are registered dental professional who follow the GDCs standards for the dental team. The GDC are committed to protecting the patients and regulating the dental team.

The company regularly carries out a number of audits to ensure compliance is monitored, including patient satisfaction questionnaires. This information is collated and improvements are implemented where possible, the aim of this company is continuous improvement and Caring, Quality Dentistry. From these audits a Quality Report is produced which is presented to the Board of Directors every 6 months along with the Quality Committee, Management Team and the Staff Council.
